Detained Girifna member, Ibrahim Ali El Maizoub, is presently in critical condition at the Al Amal Hospital in Karhtoum, Sudan. He was arrested in early January by Sudan’s Nation Security and Intelligence Service, and has yet to be formally charged.
Following an unannounced appendix surgery last week, Ibrahim’s health has further deteriorated. Ibrahim’s family was recently allowed to visit due to his poor health condition. His family reported that he appeared very ill and they are uncertain of his chances for a full recovery. For more information click here.
